During my recent stay at the Monarch Hotel in Bridlington, I was reminded of its evolution since my last visit in 1975. Catering now to a contemporary clientele, it boasts a warm welcome that sets a positive tone as soon as you arrive with a complimentary welcome drink. The spacious lobby, enhanced with tasteful garden furniture, invites guests to unwind comfortably. The room I occupied, although somewhat dated, was clean and exemplified practicality with modern amenities like a flat-screen TV and electric kettle, ensuring that my comfort was a priority throughout my stay. Breakfast also excelled, featuring excellent service and a satisfying selection, particularly the cooked items. Located just a five-minute walk from the city center and offering a sea view, the hotel effortlessly balances value and luxury. The attentive staff promptly resolved an issue with my shower, illustrating their dedication to guest satisfaction. With competitive pricing for such convenience and amenities, I found Monarch Hotel to be a sound choice for travelers seeking both comfort and value. A return visit is definite.
